Refund Policy

1. Refund window

Customers may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. All requests are reviewed in line with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Submitting a request within 14 days does not automatically guarantee a refund. Eligibility is determined based on account activity, technical findings, payment history, and legal obligations.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, customers may:

• Use the manage subscription link from your billing email or billing dashboard.
• Contact DexterVPN support at [email protected] and include your billing email and order details.

3. Subscription cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the customer billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund a previous payment. Refund requests must be submitted separately within the applicable 14-day refund window.

4. Technical problems

Customers experiencing a technical problem should contact DexterVPN support so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve it. This does not limit any refund or consumer rights provided under applicable law.

5. Fraud and refund abuse

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behaviour, subject to applicable law.

If a transaction is refunded, access to the corresponding DexterVPN subscription may be suspended or terminated.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment network, bank, and card issuer.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where local law provides customers with additional or non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights, those rights will apply.
