Privacy Policy
How DexterVPN protects your privacy on the website and VPN service.
1. Our commitment
Dexter Marketing LLC ("we", "us") operates DexterVPN. Privacy is the product. Strict zero-logs. RAM-only servers. Accounts are email-only — we do not collect your name. We do not keep browsing history and we do not commercially share your personal data.
2. Account signup
When you create an account, you provide your email address and optional preferences (platform, plan interest, marketing consent) so we can deliver service and account updates.
3. How we use account data
We use your email to notify you about service and account updates. Optional marketing consent is separate and not preselected. We do not commercially share your personal data. You can unsubscribe anytime.
4. VPN service — strict zero-logs
DexterVPN follows a strict zero-logs policy: we do not keep websites you visit, browsing content, DNS requests, VPN session activity or traffic logs. Servers are designed RAM-only so sensitive data is handled in memory and not left permanently on disk — when a server restarts, that memory is wiped. There is no browsing trail on our side to disclose later. If you create an account and pay, payment details are handled by our payment processor.
5. Email communications
When email delivery is enabled, DexterVPN uses Resend to send service updates and account emails. Open/click tracking is disabled by default. Manage preferences or unsubscribe at [email protected].
6. At a glance
- Account email — only to send service updates
- Accounts — email only; no name collected
- Sites visited, browsing content, DNS, traffic logs — not kept
- RAM-only servers — sensitive data not left permanently on disk
- We do not commercially share your personal data
7. Requests for user data
Because we do not keep browsing or DNS logs, we cannot produce a record of sites you visited. We do not commercially share personal data or browsing activity.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
9. Updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
