Terms of Service
These pre-launch terms govern use of the DexterVPN website and early access program.
1. Pre-launch status
DexterVPN is currently in development. VPN apps are not publicly available. Payments and subscriptions are not active. Joining early access does not create a subscription or guarantee availability, pricing or features at launch.
2. Early access
The waitlist is free. No card or payment is required. We may contact you about launch and service updates. Optional marketing emails require separate consent.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use DexterVPN in compliance with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy when the service launches.
4. Pricing
Displayed launch prices are planned and may change before the service becomes available. No payment is currently taken through this website.
5. Infrastructure
DexterVPN uses carefully selected infrastructure and technology service providers to deliver and maintain parts of the service. DexterVPN does not claim to independently operate every physical server in the network.
6. Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is during the pre-launch period. Full terms will apply when the VPN service launches.
