Dexter Marketing LLC ("we", "us") operates DexterVPN.DexterVPN is a digital privacy product by Dexter Marketing LLC. This policy explains what data we collect on this pre-launch website and how we plan to handle data when the VPN service launches.

2. Data we collect on this website

When you join the early access waitlist, we collect your email address, preferred platform, preferred plan and optional marketing consent. We store a consent timestamp and policy version. We may also collect technical data such as IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. How we use waitlist data

We use waitlist data to notify you about DexterVPN launch and service updates. Optional marketing consent is stored separately and is not preselected. We do not treat early-access registration as unlimited marketing consent. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Planned VPN service data

When the VPN service launches, DexterVPN is designed not to log your browsing activity or DNS queries. Limited account, authentication, operational, abuse-prevention and reliability data may still be processed. Payment data will be handled by our payment processor when subscriptions become available.

5. Infrastructure and service providers

DexterVPN uses carefully selected infrastructure and technology service providers to deliver and maintain parts of the service. These providers are contractually required to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. We do not name subprocessors publicly unless legally required or approved by the company.

6. Email communications

When email delivery is enabled, DexterVPN uses Resend to send transactional account emails (such as verification and billing notices) and, with your consent, optional marketing emails. We process bounce and complaint signals to maintain list quality. Open/click tracking is disabled by default for privacy-sensitive emails. You can manage preferences or unsubscribe from marketing emails using the links in those messages or at [email protected]. Transactional emails required to operate your account may still be sent when necessary.
